- All mulch, rock, and material sales are final once delivered. Because these products cannot be recovered or returned, no refunds will be issued after delivery.
- Orders canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time may receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If a customer refuses delivery upon arrival for reasons not caused by our company, the customer is responsible for the full delivery fee and any additional return or restocking fees.
- Any disputes regarding quantity or quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
